Can I return my purchased pre-loved item?
Not sure about your purchased pre-loved item? No worries, you can sent it back to us within 30 days after the date of your purchase. Ship the item back to us at your own cost with track & trace. For all details go to our shipping & returns.
Do the pre-loved items have signs of wear?
Our pre-loved items are vintage or antique and have been worn and can possibly show signs of wear. It is likely that the vintage & antique diamonds and gems can have small blemishes and/or chips.
Is it possible to re-size a ring?
Most rings can be resized. Please sent us an email or dm by instagram for re-sizing possibilities. Additional price for re-sizing is 50 euro. The sizing fee is non-refundable. We will invoice you separately for sizing after you have a purchased a ring.
Is it possible to get an appraisal for the pre-loved item I want to buy?
If you want to have an appraisal, we can provide you with one for an additional fee of 85 euro. This fee is non-refundable. The appraisal will be done by an external qualified company.
How do I know my ring size?
Do you already have a ring that already fits you well? Take a ruler and measure the diameter of the inner inside of the ring. The number of millimeters is your ring size. For instants a diameter of 17,5 mm is ring size 17,5.
Don't have a ring yet? Use a thin string or ribbon. Wrap the string or ribbon around your finger. Draw a line where the string or ribbon meets. Keep in mind that it still must be able to slide over your knuckle. Lay the string or ribbon flat and measure the number of millimeters to the mark.
