Not sure about your purchased pre-loved jewel? No worries, you can sent it back to us within 30 days after date of your purchase.
We accept returns
- We do accept returns. If you would like to return your purchase, please sent an email to: hello@houseoftourmaline.com. We will respond to your email quickly.
- Make sure that you return the piece of jewelry in the exact shape and condition you have purchased it from us. If that it is not the case it is not possible for us to accept your return. Please be so kind to mention the reason why you return the item. Please note that you wear the piece of jewelry only in order to determine if you keep the item.
- Ship the item back to us at your own cost with track & trace within 14 days after the date you have purchased your pre-loved jewel. Please let us know your track & trace number.

4. You will receive a full refund within 7 days after the item has been delivered to us. The amount will be transferred to the account the item has been initially paid to us. The returned item must meet our return policy.
